Fremont Bergan District game 1

If they win out they will play 5 more games. It will the bigest upset in the state if NE for the year if they get beat. They won the 1st round in Districts 84-62. They shot 14-22 on 3's for 64% as a team. Wes had 29 points, shooting 4-6 for 3's and 13-15 from the line. The number of free throws will give you an idea of how he was getting mugged all night. Picture 1 in the Fremont Tribune is a good picture of Wes getting a rebound in the 2nd half.

The 2nd round game is Thursday at 6:00, against the 3rd ranked team, should be a good game to watch in Valley.

He goes to the line a ton. Is that from taking it to the hole or fouled while jump shooting?

I was just going to ask the same thing. My guess is he pump fakes and drives and ends up getting fouled.

He can take it to the hole when he is double teamed, which is most of the time. He can dribble in traffic beter than anyone I have seen in high school, very quick first step and exceptional ballhadling skills. Last night all of the fouls were close to the basket.

Good thing we dont need a ball handler.
