If someone like A&M, Baylor or OU were to win the conference tourney, then KSU might get left out. If they beat us on Sat, they will be 20-10 (10-6), which seems about the same as their record last year. If the Big 12 qualifiers are A&M, UT, and KU, then KSU might get left out.
The Big East looks like it will get 5 or 6 in, Big 11 probably 4 or 5, Pac 10 looks like 4, SEC maybe 5 (more likely 4). There's a lot of teams that look to have the same credentials as KSU, so it would probably come down to RPI, schedule strength, etc. Not sure that helps KSU's case. They better hope that UT or KU wins the tourney (or they pull off a miracle and win it themselves).

KSU will get in because of Beasley - not necessarily his impact on their record but because he is one of the better known players in the college game. No way he gets left out. Enjoy it while you can KState.

It would be quite amusing if they did not get in.
Should the lose tonight and lose right away in the Big 12 tournament...could happen, especially if a couple teams in other conference steal bids by winning their tournaments.
It would be absolutely hysterical if KSU missed the dance.
