2008-2009 Schedule so far

I believe that is last years schedule. Because I think they lost to Louisiana-Monroe in their Hawkeye challenge.

And no we don't need a schedule like that because it will kill your SOS and as a bubble team you wouldn't stand a chance as an at-large with a schedule like that.

You would think Iowa would have learned by now not to schedule schools from Louisiana-

First the NCAA Tourney, then their OWN tourney? WOW!!!

Also, there is a chance that we might not leave the state of Iowa until mid January...Good or Bad, I don't know.

Really? I thought it was confirmed we were playing Minnesota this year and I didn't think they'd want to come to Hilton 2 years in a row. With as many new guys as there is going to be on this team I don't mind limiting the travel.

I agree that we should play marquette or notre dame every year. Playing a big east school each year would give us a boost in the RPI which will help if we ever get to be a bubble team.

Both of those teams will be down next year. Hopefully we can beat LSU, especially since Anthony Randolph is going pro.
