What was with Rahshon tonight?

I'm sorry but he flat out did not play well at all tonight. I love him as much as the next person but he missed at least 5 layups/bunnies in the lane. Same with Jiri. I am disappointed that both had to go out with these kind of games. It does not do them any justice for the type of career they had.

They played hard. I think they are both injured. Jiri has an ankle injury and it looked like Wes had his fingers taped and his knee was bugging him a few games ago.

I'm not an expert on sports, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night

sad to think about that this was the last time we will ever see him in a cyclone jersey

There are not many crowds or places in the country that have a better impact on the game than at Iowa State. The Cyclone fans are truly a sixth man. The place is so loud and always a fantastic crowd." - Former Kansas and current North Carolina head coach Roy Williams

Please don't ever question Rashon's effort again. IMO you should never question why Rashon does anything for us, only effort and faith from that guy. I question what you were thinking with your post, what were you doing or thinking tonight?

These are 2 guys that gave ISU their all. They are good guys and great for ISU. They will go down as great Cyclones for helping start this thing back up. How many times do you see a ref give a player a hug as he walks off the floor for the last time. Sad to see them go.

Call it what you will. Injured or not they both played terrible. This is D1 college basketball. The season is a grind and everyone is banged up this time of year. The played bad, case closed.

I feel like crying kinda. Thanks for the memories. Hope u can play with the iowa energy next year. That would be sweet

Thank you Wes Johnson for the great 2 years you gave Iowa State. Wish you could've stayed. Best of luck to you, wherever you end up.

"The one thing I really want to say is to tell the fans thank you for everything," Johnson said. "You rooted for me, you were behind me with my injury, and I really appreciated that."

Just saying not to throw any negatives about Rashon, he did a lot of great things for this team, and for this school. I don't think there needs to be any negatives for a great ISU senior being thrown out there.

Don't get me wrong here, I'm a fan of RC, but define "great things". And before you throw in the whole "he stayed when others left" I get it..... what else.

They have both played their butts off for us the past few years and I appreciate everything they have done. That being said it almost seemed like they were trying too hard on offense and did not want to go out tonight.

How am I supposed to think outside the box when I work in a cube?

Some people really read into things on this board....especially when you praise them, but ask questions....getting old

Do u realize we lost almost everybody when Morgan got fired. He and jiri were like the only ones who stayed. And he is one of the hardest working basketball players I've seen in a long time. He had so much hustle. And he had some amazing dunks. And he is a great person
