HS Freshman to Recruit
Kyle Wiltjer from West Linn, Oregon is going to be high on everyone's recruiting list when he is a junior/senior. Only 15, he already has a growing reputation - Washington County - OregonLive.com
Probably very little chance the 'clones can get him interested but his dad did leave Canada for Oregon State. Great family background in basketball as his father played with Nash on the Canadian Olympic team and was drafted by the NBA. His older sister plays/played for New Mexico.
Kyle was voted the "next big thing" by the Oregonian this year. The article was following up on the success of two of the better freshmen in college hoops Kevin Love (UCLA) and Kyle Singler (Duke); who came out of Oregon HS ranks last year.
Perhaps the sisters could start recruiting Kyle's younger sister.

Re: HS Freshman to Recruit
Not trying to stir the pot but why would Iowa State stand out to any kid in the recruiting process. Seems like everybody posts on here that "we should get this kid or "I bet this kid is interested in us." He is from Oregon and is a freshman---no chance!

Well, he's so young that by the time that he's a junior, GMac will have the team hot and racing, likely to the final four with a huge national buzz.
^^^Rampant optimism.
