According to this extremely cheesy high school documentary, '10 prospect Evan Anderson is going to make a decision this spring, and has 8 schools. I don't know if ISU is one of them or not....and this video is seriously annoying.

Four of the 8 teams have offered him: Wisconsin(high interest), Marquette(high), Boston College(low), and us(low). So it looks like a toss up between Wisconsin and Marquette. Just another example of teams keeping players in-state. Which is why we need to get Harrison Barnes to come to ISU.
I don't know anything about whether Evan Anderson will pick ISU to further his education and basketball careers but I will tell you that I like the cheesy high school video production.
Last Monday I took my wife to Detroit as she was called to be one of 360 prospective jurors for a case where an 18 year old stabbed to death a 26 year old. The 18 year old then beheaded the man, burnt his fingertips off with a blow torch, threw the head into the river that runs through the park where I jog, and threw the torso -- afire -- into a new subdivision less than a mile and a half from where I live. We thank God she didn't get selected.
Detroit is also the large city that leads the nation in high school non-graduates. Less than 26% graduate.
There are many fine suburbs around Detroit with great high schools and excellent students but I'll take cheesy productions where I can understand what they are saying and I don't feel threatened.
Children will grow up to be,
not what they are told but what they see.
