2 years at the helm after inheriting a mess and some are labeling Mac as a coach who losses players. How many players did he loss at UNI? If his record there is bad then I say yes we should continue to expect it. But if no then it would seem that the first year was caused by circumstanses he could not control and that in the future we should expect players to stay. You are always going to have 1 or 2 who will leave for more playing time but that should be the max unless they are leaving for the NBA. If we get to that point I don't think anyone will complain.
