He seemingly has everything...good hops, a great shot, good court awareness, and a good handle. I'm suprised he doesn't have an offer yet.

I would agree with you on a lot of things. He has a very good shot. No wasted movement, nice and fluid motion. The release is decently quick. It looks like he can score around the basket. Doesn't seem to have any problems with getting his shot off with his length and high release. Was most impressed with his movement without the ball. Found the gap in the defense and hit the three. Looks to be a very good basketball player.

His dad ought to send in his video to Rivals. Judging by that video, CJ should be at least a 4 star. From videos, he looks a little better than Rodney Williams Jr. but I have never seen either play in person.

Maybe, but IMO, he is good enough for a 4*. Plus, I think he is considered a slight BYU lean, since his dad played there for 2 years.
