Eustachy discusses his alcoholism

Good article (again) from the KC Star about LE talking with kids about alcohol.

Please overlook the fact that they spelled Des Moines wrong in the article, and please, please don't turn this into a Wayne Morgan/LE/Floyd who was better/who should or shouldn't have been fired thread.

That's a great article. I'm confused though, as it ends so weird. Is there more to the story than what I'm seeing?

Yeah, the ending seemed a little tacked on, and didn't really wrap things up cohesively.

Re: Eustachy discusses his alcoholism

Nice article and glad to see Eustachy be so honest.

The whole situation was just a bad deal for all parties involved.

Too bad he wasn't at OSU, they would have named a court after him.

Re: Eustachy discusses his alcoholism

Whatever the quality of the writing, the subject is a great one. It's great to hear Larry has been sober for 5 years. A great example of how one of life's lowest moments can put you back on track if you use it the way you should.

If Bruce V. would have handle that situation the way it should have been Larrry would have address his illiness and still be here

Nice find isucyfan...I always enjoy reading about LE. Especially that he is still sober.

Congrats to LE for being sober for 5 years today.

Interesting that he finally admitted he schemed to "save his job." Wish him well.
