Credits: 200,304 | Good news There will be a cap city league this year starting Sunday, June 15, and it will be at the same gym it was at last year (can't remember the name). This came from Troy Skinner (actually his wife after she talked to him this pm) so the info should be good. |

As it starts veering toward the NE, take a right on Fuller Road. It is probably a quarter mile in on Fuller Road, on the North side of the road. Can't miss it.

Thank you Wes Johnson for the great 2 years you gave Iowa State. Wish you could've stayed. Best of luck to you, wherever you end up.
"The one thing I really want to say is to tell the fans thank you for everything," Johnson said. "You rooted for me, you were behind me with my injury, and I really appreciated that."

BTW-How 'bout a more specififc thread title next time? I tuned in thinking we had a commitment or something... |

My sister and his wife are best buds from their pom pom days at Iowa so I've got to know him a little and he's a real nice guy (for a hawk). I put up a new thread so it wouldn't get buried in the other thread on the cap city league where people were wondering if there would be a league this year. Didn't mean to raise your hopes on a recruit. |
