This morning's Saint Paul Pioneer Press mentions HB in Charley Walter's "gossip" column, saying that Tubby Smith is in "hot pursuit" of HB. He mentions Florida, Texas, and Kentucky are also after him. He also talks about Jake Sullivan's AAU program, saying that he has 220 players in his development program!

Did the article really not mention ISU as a potential suitor?

It wasn't much of an article, just a blurb, but no.

Gee, for a coach at a school with no basketball practice facility, Tubby sure has recruited well. Hasn't he seen the memo that those are crucial for a program to go to the next level?
