We'll never get him - Marquette is recruiting him. -
Re: Skills camp from Saturday. (Long)
That would be funny if it wasn't probably true.

The good old PBand J diet. I remember those days, is he waking up at 2 and 5 am to eat them too because those are the ones that really turn you off to PB and J... After my frehman year I don't think I had peanut butter for 5 years.

Chasson is sounding like a future high 4-star...he may have an offer from Illinois, and probably has one from Purdue. http://forums.chicagohoops.com/viewt...3d5ee3103abdf7

Not sure what they're talking about. There was a premium article about Coach Robinson at ISU, and Chasson visiting...it was premium, and I didn't have a subscription either.

Coleman: Vegas Day Three: Recruiting News and Notes (7/25/08) | MaxxAthlete
The Bay Area Hoosiers always seem to have a sleeper who starts to get noticed in Vegas, and this year 6-4 Ray Sypkens from Elk Grove, CA Franklin high fits that mold. The sweet shooting wing man is hearing from Pepperdine, Stanford, Iowa State, St. Mary's, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Davis, but look for that list to grow after the way he shot the ball this week.
It sounds like Ryan may
get an offer if he keeps playing like this.
Alasan Kazemi 6-7 combo forward from Patterson School in North Carolina has really seen his stock rise in Vegas based on his play this summer. He is a physical and skilled forward who gets it done the old fashioned way he just beats you…He has Nebraska, Seton Hall, Oklahoma State, Missouri, Rice, Memphis, West Virginia, Syracuse, and Iowa State among school showing interest, but told us he also likes UCLA a lot.

Re: Skills camp from Saturday. (Long)
wow, good find cyismydog. Ryan Sypkens sprained his
ankle at West Coast All Star Camp 1 week before Vegas,
and that has hampered his performance there. While he
shot the ball well, his explosiveness and ability to get to
the rim were slowed by that tender ankle.
Whether he gets an offer from Iowa State depends on if
the coaching staff believes he can play point guard at
the Big 12 level.
