why is it that some people seem to be on the rag when someone says something that may be different or an add on to something they said before?

But, again, I could have it wrong. I assume so too, I highly doubt Mac wouldn't make an informed decision about a kid before he extends the offer. It's not like he reads the Rivals top 100 and sends offers out to all those kids.
I'm just saying he has offered a lot of kids in the past that maybe didn't look like great prospects at the time or weren't heavily recruited and then they blow up. I assume this is after an evaluation period.

Not on the rag, just wondering how he can put the kid down one week and than say he was one of the top players the next week. Here is his direct quote about Chim:
"Chim Kadima is the other one... it kind of suprised me, IMO this is kind of a courtesy offer, since his coach has guided several playeres to us in the past."

So i guess getting used to it is going to have to be second nature?

I see what you are saying. I would just like some clarification from this kid. Did this kid suck last week and get really good this week? Has he always been good but you were just off on what you said about him? Am I interpreting something the wrong way?

I am not sure at this point. however, the kid has been better forthcoming with Great "inside" info so far. So, i am going to listen and nod my head crossing fingers and toes, just in hope that some of the things said may be true.

What did you think of these two players when you saw them? Oh you didn't see them.
OK, maybe an opinion changes after you think of a players performance.

I am not trying to be mean here, but other than the camp, what "inside" information? I love cyismydog b/c he goes onto websites and finds articles on recruits that I am to lazy to look up but I would hardly call that inside information. I think the talent was pretty strong at that camp. There were quite a few players that have some big time offers that were at the camp. And no I didn't get a chance to see the camp. All I am asking cyismydog is if Chim Kadima is bad or good. I have gotten mixed messages from him on this board the past couple weeks.

Maybe I am missing something, but saying someone is one of the top 2 DEFENDERS at a camp is not saying the guy is offer-worthy. So, I just don't see the contradiction.
Regardless, if he accepts our offer, I sure hope he ends up being a great all-around (i.e., both OFFENSIVE and defensive) player.

He is a mid d1 offensive player, and a high d1 Defensive player, and athlete. He is a great defensive player, but isn't a great scorer, look for him to end up at UW-GB or something like that This is what I said at the time...the staff really liked his defense, and that is why he got offered.

He has potential to be good, with his athleticism, but IMO he is not that great of a shooter, and didn't penetrate at all in the one on one, in fact he repeatedly got stuffed by Christopherson.
