I love Uncrustables!
But holy crap, check out his diet during high school--EIGHT eggs for breakfast, then a sandwich pretty much every class period during the day!
Was a fun article, now I don't feel so bad about the amount I eat. I just wish I was working out like he is to burn it off....

I wish I would be burning enough calories to be able to eat like that. It would sure make my day much more fun.

That is great news but it is also a cause for concern. Adding that much weight that quickly, especially to a young frame, increases the risk of stress fractures quite a bit. This is exactly what happened to Joe Modderman. He added a lot of weight in one summer and subsequently got stress fractures and was never the same. Hopefully Hamilton has a better frame to support the extra stress. His family is mostly football players right, so maybe they are "big boned".
