Grades matter in the big 12? Or is that only if you are not Kansas? Glad to see GMac got a bulldog for a recruiter. Yes, ISU should be deep into all the midwest states for recruiting. Fantastic facility to play in, and great fans. I think you give GMac some talent that wants to be here, and you could hopefully get some LE results.

Speaking of, I saw him interviewed the other night on local DSM TV. Guy says that from here on out he is an Iowan, loves the state, and loves ISU. While I supported his firing, and don't want to open a can of worms, he seemed very sincere. Personally I wish the guy well and hope he finds some happiness in life. He does know the X's and O's to coaching. That second big12 regular season championship was all smoke and mirrors and flat out desire.

The good part is there still is a lot of time.

Troy Davis made it into Iowa State and Graduated. We should use that as a selling point of some sorts.

I just really hope the Harrison Barnes sweepstakes doesn't handicap our recruiting too much. The time is approcahing fast where we are going to have one scholly left for him and may have other guys who WANT to commit but can't because we are waiting on Barnes...
