Free article.
Rivals.com Basketball Recruiting - New No. 1 in Rivals150 for the 2010 class

College coaches from coast to coast have Iowa wing Harrison Barnes on speed dial. He's one of the most recruited players in the class of 2010 for a reason.

"Beyond being a high-character kid and a strong student, Barnes is also sought after by practically every school in the country because he is a big-time talent," Meyer said. "As a physical small forward, Barnes has a quality inside/outside scoring game, can defend both forward positions, rebounds at a high level and has a strong understanding of the game."

Chris Colvin (2009 - commit)
Marquis Gilstrap (2009 - commit)
Jordan Dykstra (2010 - verbal commit)
Chim Kadima (2010 - verbal commit)
Wesley Staten (2012 - verbal commit)

I thought A.J. Derby the future Hawk was a great player. Maybe he is the 151st ranked player.

I was unaware that AJ had committed to the Hawks. Has he even decided if he's playing football or basketball yet?

Yes, I'm an ISU Alum and Hawkeye fan...get over it.

Don't know about that. I'm thankful we have a Top 150 recruit in Jordan Dykstra.

I haven't heard alot about Jordan this summer, in relation to HB. Who did he play with on the AAU circuit, how did he play?

Martin Brothers. He played well. MB don't play in a lot of tournaments though, compared to the attack, etc.

Harrison's going to be on another Unofficial for the SDSU game! If you see him in the stands, don't be obnoxious (Meaning if you're drinking.) Just represent ISU well, so we can help coach Mac land Harrison!
