Creighton vs. ISU scrimmage

The logical reason that this is a closed scrimmage is because we are both D-1 schools. Coe, Morningside, Bimidji State are all schools from lower divisions. NIAA, D1AA D3, what ever, they are not D-1

Hence it can't be an open exhibition when both teams are from the same level

Absolutely nothing is suppose to get reported.

A simple reason- This is a scrimmage, not an exhibition. Probably a lot of controlled situations. Let some kids work their kinks out with no one there to point out their mistakes publicly.

Strange considering there is a report on cyclones.com that has an interview with Mac discussing how we played.

McDermott's comments (three answers) were basically the extent of what is allowable -- generalities and team play.

Nothing about individuals. Nothing about score/stats.
