With his teammate committed to the Illini and his last official visit to Marquette, what are our chances?

Yeah, I have a good feeling because I did not see marquette mentioned in the Top Five.

He removed Marquette but he added Illinios from the list I saw last time. The addition of IL makes me nervous since his AAU buddy will sign there.

No Marquette, though. At least we know we won't lose another to them.

KG, anything to share here or is mum the word?

His Rivals profile shows low interest in Ill. I'm hoping it's just a formality that he's mentioned them.

Also, it looks like Brandon Paul, AAU teammate, didn't have nearly as much interest from other schools. Ill was his best offer.

Uh, the last time I looked Illinois was a good offer to have. So, don't make that seem like a bad thing.

Illinois woud be better than Marquette. The last time I was in marquette I did not stay very long. Champaign at least has a better ring to it.

Heard last week he would sign early...working on more details. Not trying to build anybody's hopes up because I'm not sure where we stand, but I liked what I was hearing last week. We really made a lot of progress late.

This sounds good, BUT I don't like the sound in the previous thread about "handlers", always give a conotation of someone using the school to be a one and done!! I prefer at least a couple of years from someone who dosn't have a big head and thinks he is to good to stick around and improve!!

The thing being that Illinois is crowded with young guards, both currently on the team, and with '10 commitments. Perhaps that's relevant.
