    I-State/UNI game/McLeod Center

    Was just wondering if anyone knew anything about where the visitor seating section is?

    Also who is planning on going to the game?

    I will be going, but cheering for the Purple and Gold! It would be great to see some Cyclone fans, see what you think about your first game in the McLeod Center. I would love to see McDermott's thoughts on the arena.

    As for seating, the visitor section is right behind their bench, section 113 I believe. But if you buy individual tickets, chances are you will be up top in section 200.

    Tickets are pretty pricey, but that is to curb demand as we have gotten around 15,000 for the Iowa or Iowa State games in the Dome.

    Good thing it is in the McCleod center for a couple reasons:

    1) The UNI dome sucks to watch a basketball game in, good for UNI themselves however
    2) The seats are the most uncomfortable things ever...the whole time you stand, the seat in front bangs on your ankles the whole time and the seat is banging on the back of your legs and you can't stand sideways.
    3) It's a long freakin jaunt to restrooms or concession stands


    I would love to see a game in McCleod where I can see UNI making it a real home-court advantage with noise and taunting that I don't think you could really achieve inside the UNI dome.

    I'm the same way, I would like to catch the game but 40 is probably more than I'm willing to pay.

    Huh? It takes literally 1 minute to walk all the way down to the floor from one side and walk all the way up the other steps to the concourse on the complete opposite end. Its not a football stadium.
