I can somewhat see your point... but at the same time... seeing those teams in the Dance and not us (should the cards fall that way) would get his excitement up for those teams and not us.

Also... I thought somebody posted something about UNC giving HB a (non-public) time limit on his offer.

I say get Kelm, Barnes, and the other top 25 kid and tell someone to take a hike. That would be my philosophy. You all can blast away all you want but if a 12th man is sitting at the end of the bench and not going to get any playing time would it not be in the best interest of the kid and our basketball program to find him a new home and get a top 25 player? No use sitting a kid and not playing him ever. How many guys on the end of the bench get any playing time anyway. Usually mop up duty. Nobody really wants a kid to work really hard during practice and sit the bench. So it actually helps everyone involved.

Absolutely. We may swing and miss, but we have to give our team a chance.

Actually, NC was the first school to give Harrison a deadline so they can move on.

What is the deadline? I think that was just speculation by KG. From my understanding Harrison has NO deadlines because he has been up front about his timeline.

I completely understand your point. I guess I just can't believe that NO ONE knows anything on where he stands. No top 5 or anything?

Also KG can you give us a little info on this so called other "great player?" Is he top 25? 50? 75? Is he a guard? post? swingman? Just give us a little taste.

If he is a TOP 25 guy then I would guess it is one of the Illinois commits.

according to the link i posted a minute ago, there are only 2 other small forwards in the top 25 that are uncommitted at this time.
