For now, the part about being ranked just on the program's name may be true. KU has a top 2-3 player in the conference at what may be the most two important positions on the court, (PG and C) but is very fresh at the other three spots. However, I haven't seen anything from many other teams ranked 15-25 that shows that they belong in those spots either. Have you? I would assume by the end of the season, KU will end up being seeded in the 4-7 range, which basically equals a top 25 team. Time, obviously, will tell.
The part about ISU having a chance at beating KU at home is absolutely true. KU is very young and will be vulnerable on the road all season. It would be a great game for Hilton to be rocking. Some early steals leading to dunks could fuel the crowd and get KU in a deep hole. I'd love to see GMac and this team get a big home win to restore the allure of Hilton, in a way. If it has to be against KU, so be it. I'm not expecting championships from this KU team anyway.
edit: To whoever said KU is better than OU: No, OU will win this conference. Or Texas. Just not Kansas.
Also, KU plays Washington tonight and then either Florida or Syracuse on Tuesday night. We can probably discuss ISU's expectations in regard to KU this year better after Tuesday night.

I want to sweep Nebraska. That would include a road win, obviously. I want them to suck forever.
