Like I said in another thread, Money isn't coming here either. The Hawaii loss has been devastating for both sports.

It took a minor miracle from Coach Mac to get Colvin here after the UNLV loss.

I'd say the cross country team not winning a national title is going to heavily influence Barnes to look at other schools. Cross country success is closely tied to basketball success. It's science.

I am tired of the Harrison Barnes topic. If he decides to play for ISU, great. If he doesn't, fine. I understand he is a very good basketball player, but I tire of the fantasizing over him playing for ISU. Even if he comes, there is no guarentee it will equate to more wins. Look at Minnesota with Kris Humphries - that didn't give them more wins with him playing. Now, I am not saying that Harrison is the same type of selfish player Kris is/was, all I am saying is that if he plays for ISU, it does not mean we will win more games (we all hope it does, but nothing is for sure).
So, with that said, let's just enjoy the current BB season and cheer the players we HAVE on and worry about the future after the season.
I am in total agreement with this. Seems like it's been going on forever and just needs to end so we can move on one way or another.

I love it when people miss the whole point of a thread.
