Does Loss to Hawaii mean No Harrison Barnes
Since we are in crap land in football and making outrageous statements I thought I would get in on the action. So do you think Barnes watched the UNC game and watch them steam roll last night and then realize we lost to Hawaii? -

Don't put my post in the same category as Iowa State Football at this point.

Is this a serious question?

Re: Does Loss to Hawaii mean No Harrison Barnes
Damn you Craig Brackins. I heard Barnes was calling McDermott's voice mail to give him his verbal when we all thought it was wrapped up, and the second Brackins made that foul, he hung up.

Can a mod please close this thread? Waste of space and time.

Re: Does Loss to Hawaii mean No Harrison Barnes
Yep seeing we didn't go undefeated this year...that means no Harrison.

Re: Does Loss to Hawaii mean No Harrison Barnes
No it's not serious. The people on this board are way to serious. I am just joking around.
People keep comming up with these stupid things that would make Barnes or any other recruit not want to come here. I am basically just joking and furthering the histaria involved.
Also if you don't want to read the thread then don't. To actually take time out of your day to post a post that the mods need to take it down is dumb. Just move on to the next post.

Re: Does Loss to Hawaii mean No Harrison Barnes
This is the dumbest post. Is a question like this going to be asked after every game we lose? I am tired of the Harrison Barnes topic. If he decides to play for ISU, great. If he doesn't, fine. I understand he is a very good basketball player, but I tire of the fantasizing over him playing for ISU. Even if he comes, there is no guarentee it will equate to more wins. Look at Minnesota with Kris Humphries - that didn't give them more wins with him playing. Now, I am not saying that Harrison is the same type of selfish player Kris is/was, all I am saying is that if he plays for ISU, it does not mean we will win more games (we all hope it does, but nothing is for sure). So, with that said, let's just enjoy the current BB season and cheer the players we HAVE on and worry about the future after the season. "Wanting it doesn't make it so. If it did, we'd all learn to want harder. I can already want quite vigorously, thank you very much." - Walter Slovotsky -

Knownothing, I understand the joke and find it hilarious. It's just showing how ridiculous some of the other threads have been the past couple of days. Thanks for lightening the mood.
