How many shots would you allocate to each ISU player per game.
ISU takes about 55 shots per game, and about 20 of those are 3s.

Wasn't his 1st shot a 3 last game? I highly doubt he goes without a 3.

The OP brought up what you would do with shot selection, not what is more than likely going to happen.

With any given player on the floor for one of Mac's teams, they will more than likely chuck up at least one 3 before the end of the game

I also think VDB throws up 3-4 threes, up to 5-7 if he is hitting them

I don't want each person taking a set # of shots. If someone has the hot hand, get 'em the ball! If they're cold as ice, find the open man. (granted shooters shoot themselves out of slumps but you know what I mean)

Brackins shooting the occasional three (1 per game) is ok with me. Makes the D pull away from the rebounding area.

I would normally agree but everyone else is already shooting 3's. So you almost need someone down low to help the D stay in the rebounding area.

I can’t answer this with any degree of accuracy but how many shots would Charles Boozer take if he ever played a full 40 minutes? I think he would break an NCAA record. Dude gets more shots per minute played than anybody in the history of the game. “Chuck” would be a fitting nickname because when the dude gets the ball he “Chucks” it up.
