Christopherson
Any word on how he is looking? I assume he plays the role of the shooter in all scout team work but wondered if he's showing promise. I know, it's way early.

Re: Christopherson
He is going to have to be real special to get much PT next year.

Re: Christopherson
role player at best IMO...we'll see though

Re: Christopherson
I think his game will be a lot like Wes', which is really good for us.

Re: Christopherson
Even though we only have two new scholarship players next year, it will seem like we have 4 "new" players coming in. . . . Colvin, Gilstrap, Christopherson, and Pomlee. Of course I guess we are used to at least 7 coming in at a time, so this seems like a small batch in comparison.

Re: Christopherson
I see him playing the role that Eikmeier is playing this year, while Wes takes over Petersen's role...

I forgot about Pomlee. Nice batch of new faces.

Re: Christopherson
let him play on occasion. He'll be good for us - and it will be nice not to NEED him out there his freshman yr. Lets hope that we have enough returning players from now on that we don't have to throw freshmen out there - unless they are 4* or 5* and earn that starting spot as a freshman ;)

Re: Christopherson
Buckley will play this season. There will be a game in which DG gets in foul trouble early and he will need to help out Petey at the PG position
As for Christopherson, watching him play at the Cap City league, I would say his shot is not as good as Eikmeyer's and he is not as quick. He is stronger and probably plays pretty good defense, but I never see him getting much if any PT for us. This is just my opinion

Buckley will provide an answer at PG to teams that play physical defense. Christopherson will be another scoring option who also has combo guard ball handling skills. We are getting closer to always having 5 guys on the court that the defense has to account for as opposed to recent years of only having 2-3 at a time.
