Here are a couple of shots I took of Marquis at the game last night. Sorry they aren't that great but my phone cam isn't very good. The #31 in the picture is 6-8 270lb for reference.

Had a broken leg, and then left school and returned later. I think it was early in the season when he broke his leg.

Had he stayed in school and battled through it I think the redshirt would be a slam dunk... But since he quit school for a time I don't see the NCAA budging on this one...

He was basically forced to quit school to take care of his young daughter. He ended up working at a pizza shop for a time.

I really hope that he can get the medical redshirt to play another year. He looks like he will be a really big help
