#35 will always be #1 in my heart. I was there during Barry and Jeff H and Jeff G years.
Go Clones!! Gig 'em Aggies!! Saw 'em off!! -
Re: Who is your favorite all-time ISU Men's BB Player
Hoiberg is my all-time fav, mainly because I saw all his home games and many away games. he had some awesome performances. i will always remember his dunk over Acie Earl at Hilton when Fred was a freshman. i could go on and on about everyone on that list, plus others as well. we have had lots of great players.

From the list - Fizer, then Willoughby.
Others would be Kenny Pratt and Stevie Johnson. I love scrappers.
I'd get Michalik on the court too.

Hornacek hands down. From walk on to the NBA.

I grew up and went to high school with Hurl Beechum... Where is he on this list???
He may not have been the BEST all around player, but he was definately the BEST teammate of ALL TIME...
Good work ethic.... -

I'm a big Pratt fan myself. Great rebounder/scorer for his size. I'll add Chuck Harmison from the 70's, always loved Ron Virgil, Collins and Thigpen almost took Pitino out of the tourney(arguably our best back court of all time) and Kantrail was the unsung hero of the elite 8 team.

There's a lot of great Cyclones, but there's something special about the one you wanted to be. I there with you. ISU's all-time leading scorer playing against Kansas, KSU, Missouri, OU and Okie St. twice a year when they were all spending a lot of time in the top 20. You knew Grayer was going to produce every game regardless of who the opponent was.
1988 - 811 points (#2 all time/season, 300 rebounds #12 all time/season)
#44 was an absolute stud.
He seems to care about the school and program too which is more than I can say for Fizer and Tinsley.

No Cato, Homan, Nurse, Vroman, Stevie, or Holloway?
My all-time all-Cyclone team is in my signature, with the starting 5 being big and on top, and the others in no particular order on the bottom.

Marcus Fizer, because it was with his presence that we made it to the Elite 8. Without him...well, we all know how that went down!

Jeff Grayer with #35 right behind him.
