what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
Most likely we would lose.
And we cannot count on Brakins to score 30+ points every night out. Out of ten gams how many times he will score that many?
My points is, before we can have consistant 2nd and 3rd scoring threat, we are still not a team to be excited about

He is the reason that we won the game. I just hope some others can step up and learn a roll to play in adding some points of their own.

Who cares if Brackins has 49 points or 4 points? When you get that final tally of wins and losses at the end of the year, it doesn't say how many each person scored.

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
I agree and what would have happened if Hamilton hadn't scored 8 or if Lucca had been held scoreless? We would have suffered a terrible 50 point loss. I didn't realize just how bad our team was, how can I ever thank you for your insight.

He did score them. We won. Good times abound.

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
What would happen if some people weren't so negative?

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
It's a very valid concern. We come out on top when ones of our players has a very good night (except Drake) and we lose when we're not getting stellar performances from someone.
Love that Craig was on tonight and that we won. Still very concerned this was the exception and not the rule.

There would be no such thing as message boards and we would be much more productive people.

What kind of question is that? You can ask those questions after every game.

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
This is kind of like the old "I'm telling you right now-the Cyclones don't win that game if they don't score all those touchdowns."
We did, and we won, and moved on.
Today, Craig got those points, we needed them, and we won. Other guys filled in as needed, and we got a nice win.
Now get Mercer!

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
Well, I have to give a lot of credit to people on this board for sticking to their guns and looking for negativity. Most people would be happy their team finally won a game on the road against a team they were huge underdogs to.

Re: what would happen if Brackins only scored 30 points?
See the porblem is, that if you say, "What if Craig only scored 30?", then it's equally valid to say"What if the UH kid only scored 20?"
That's the problem with "What ifs?"

Being concerned that Petey, JVB, Wes, and Boozer combined to shoot 1-18 is a valid concern.

What if he had scored 60? We'll never know, because it didn't happen.

And that did happen.
