gocyclones.com article on Boozer and Ham

I thought this was a very good read. Boozer seems to have a great attitude.

Go Cyclones - Boozer, Hamilton seal win in Houston

The only way we are going to win is if every person on that bench steps up and plays hard. When your few guys have an off night, the bench needs to step up. This is especially true with our current youthful situation. Im glad Boozer is rounding out, I hope to see more of his progress. Ham will solidify with more pT.

I like his attitude. Also, I think Hamilton is going to be really good as he matures.

Ham looks pretty ood for his age and PT...I really see him putting on at least 10 or 15 lbs of muscle and becoming a more talented JH.

I was very happy to see Boozer making the most of his opportunity. I would love to see him work his way into the regular rotation.

Ditto that. At times most of us have asked where the attitude is on this team. I think Booz can bring it in spades. GMac mentioned in the last postgame the Booz has some obvious holes in his game that he has to address - but not obvious to me. What things does he need to work on?

    Ball handling
    Passing
    Shooting (other than monster 3pters)
    Creating his own shot
    Moving laterally on defense
    Decision making

    Just to name a few...

With his basketball IQ (he seems to be one all-around smart kid), with his work ethic (we've read that the kid has an insatiable hunger for work when it comes to picking up the game as fast as he can), and as he physically matures with a big helping of weightroom work, this kid could become a monster, you'd think.

In the future imagine JH screening out for our 3-point game (Lucca, Ike, DG, CC, CK . . . HB) and for our penetrators (Ike, DG, CC, DB, CK . . . HB) and for our inside game (CB, MG, CM, JD . . . HB). (I'm probably forgetting someone, sorry. Edit - Mr. Boozer, he appears to be taking off.)

JH has great hands and fine agility, imagine him as his offensive game improves noticeably.

We could be seeing the rise of a Cyclone beast in the paint. Finally.

    (Regarding listing HB here . . . I did say "imagine." ;-)
