Nebraska and Colorado should be pretty bad too but KSU and MU have had much better nonconference seasons so it wouldn't surprise me if we drop at least one at home to one of them.
Brackins is our only real offensive weapon unless we're knocking down a ton of threes. That will work against smaller schools but he's going to face a lot better defenses in the Big 12. I hope we do better but I just don't see it.

We wouldn't have won near as many games if Brackins had scored so many points. Seriously tho, if we can get to 15-16 and if the CBI exists and we get in it is more practices and playing time for the team to point to next year.

With all the creampuff non conference schedules in America, 20 wins is almost needed for NIT. So you need to split the Big 12 conference games. If you do that, then you go to NCAA. So I think we have played our way out of the NIT. Nothing or the NCAA.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
Re: Did the non-conference record match your expectations?
Pretty close to what I thought. I don't remember what I predicted for sure, but I think it was either 11-4 or 12-3. The wins and losses were a little odd (Hawaii and SDSU?). I think we'll go 5-11 in Big 12 play. 16-15 going into the Big 12 Tournament.
Re: Did the non-conference record match your expectations?
It seems about right. I'm not convinced that the "Big XII North" is impressive overall this year, so that has to factor into some wins. I sure hope to be present for two victories over Nebraska
We should be able to win a handful of conference games. There is more coming together than falling apart.
