I was really excited to see some explosiveness out of him...Need more:yes:
To say the least, I think his improvement has been the brightest spot on the team so far this year (though if Staiger can consistently drive and finish and drive and pull up and make mid-range jumpers, I may have to change my mind).
Yeah KG, I liked the dunk in traffic. He needs to dunk even more when he gets a rebound in traffic though. He seems to miss his fair share of bunnies in that situation, whether he is just tapping the ball with one hand or trying to shoot too quickly. He showed he can just jump and dunk; now use that agression more!!
My mancrush on JH only got bigger during the Texas game.
love his game so far, great find
Usually guys his size catch the ball, fumble it a bit, bring it way too low and possibly even try to dribble and then turn it over. He, however, seems to have great hands and keeps the ball high. He is really learning quickly. He is JUST a freshman. Cool.
I have really enjoyed Ham's progress so far, he really looks like he is having fun on the floor. The more experience he gets the better and better he will get, which opens up a bunch of things for this team.
Why does the article call him a "forward". Isn't he the only true center we have?
if no one leaves knock on wood, iowa state will be in the top 25 next year mark it down, hamilton/brackins down low garret, lucca, and idk who else would start but we'll be sick
I'm concerned that with his seemingly exponential rate of improvement from age 16 to now, he'll be a lottery pick by his junior year... oh to have those kind of issues again with ISU players...
