I'm pretty excited to see what we can do on the road this time. Hopefully some of our cold shooting (minus CB) stays here in Ames.
This should be our best chance for a Big 12 road win and is a MUST win in my mind. Winning won't set us into post season play, but a loss would be devastating IMO.

Definitely agree. I will miss the first half of the game because of work, so I hope to see us in a comfortable lead when I get home at about halftime.

I completely agree. This is a very winnable game, and a must-win game. Losing this would give us a chance to be 1-5 after next week, or a chance to play for 3-3 on Saturday. There's a big difference there.

But Harvard beat boston college who beat north carolina who was the clear favorite to win the National Title, which in turn makes colorado the clear favorite to win the National Title

Colorado is terrible. I mean just awful as Cyed said. However 22 needs to break out that stat for the number of times we've won on the road out there in the last 25 years. It's a shockingly low number.

I do actually expect them to win this game, but I wouldn't be shocked to lose, with how we've played on the road.

This site will need to be shut down for the next week if they fail to win this game. I could see CB come out and shoot 2-11 on Wednesday and if that happens we really need 2 other people to step up. They can't rely on Brackins scoring 20 points ever game.

I still don't know how Harvard won that game. We should DEFINITELY win this game, unfortunately we always play bad at Colorado.

We won at CU in 2005, 2001, 1996, 1994, 1993 since a win in 1989.

That means we have won at CU 5 times in the last 19 years, and only 2 times in the last 12 years.

2/12 and a lot of those CU teams were not good.

It will be an interesting game, that's for sure. Colorado will pretty much run a 1-3-1 or a 2-3 zone against us the entire game, so hopefully folks like Lucca, Petey, and Vanderbeeken will have a big night. Also, tip-off won't be until 9:30 pm CST.

Actually looking at our head to head record against conference teams, it is pretty depressing historically. We only have a winning record against Baylor and Colorado, I believe, and even those aren't convincing. Every conference win counts!

Agreed. I don't like to say "must win" but this one is. I thought SDSU was a must win as well. Recall the meltdown after that game. It will be equally as bad around here if we lose to CU.

If we dont win this game its time for a petition to Pollard about changes in basketball!!!!!!!!!!!!
