Staying out of the Big XII cellar...
With CU hanging within 3 in the final minute at KU...
KSU winning at Texas....
Hope we can stay out of 12th place all alone at the end of the season

Re: Staying out of the Big XII cellar...
first of all, we do show some spark at times, but what we need to work on besides being consistent, is closing out games. Because as of now, we only like to play hard until 1-3 minutes left, and that kills us every time "I have come back to life!"- Ca-Mun-Rah/ THE DURANTULA" -

We also need to finish games.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -
Re: Staying out of the Big XII cellar...
There is no excuse for finishing in the cellar. They are more talented than CU, have a better coach than KSU, and already have a win on NU. It's up to the coach and players of this team. A 12th place finish is a failure. There will be no silver lining.

Re: Staying out of the Big XII cellar...
I think our up coming schedule has some winnable games that if we play like we did yesterday for a consistant 40 min, then i think we will be able to finish out the season stronger than what we started. It will not be easy by no means but i think this young group of guys are sick of this bitter taste of very close losses in their mouth and want to finish a game.
Like all you guys are saying there is only one way to go and thats up, and i guarantee MCD has our boys eying it.....
GO State baby!!!!!!
I Lost my voice for you at the game yesterday, show me more to cheer louder for!!!

Re: Staying out of the Big XII cellar...
Everyone says if we play 'x' way for 40 minutes or do 'x' next game we will be ok. None of this has happened for 2.5 years, what is going to change in the last half of this season?

I know we all want to subjectively believe this but the objective results seem to indicate something to the contrary...do they not?

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes. -

Do we just play to the level of competition? That seems like the problem.

Recruiting makes up for what people think is poor coaching.
