They oooowwwwnnneeeeddddd us around the perimeter in Columbia both defensively and offensively. I don't think they own us as much offensively as they did in Columbia, but I still think they own us defensively.

I think we can get the job done if we get rebounds on offense and deffense and we stay out of foul trouble.

Well, unfortunately, that's a recipe for success every game, but we struggle on the boards, and their guards are more athletic across the board. We have to get a steady dose of Brackins and a lot of threes to fall to win this. 50% from the field is the only way I see us competing, and that's a tall order. Also, that doesn't even guarantee we win.

Missouri is a very well rounded basketball team w/ great guard play and big play from DeMare Carroll. Did you watch the Texas game? I think Texas is over-rated, but Iowa State has shown me nothing to think they can beat a red hot Missouri team tomorrow.

If I was a betting man, oh wait I am..... we lose by 10+. We don't match up against their speed or run-and-gun offense at all. I'm also usually optimistic, we just can't compete here IMHO.

Missouri is a better team. If this team would play 40 minutes, they can beat anyone, but until we can go a game without a 6:00 scoring drought, we're going to struggle to win basketball games.

DG can score 42 points and there is no guarantee we win...not that we've had a player do that this year or anything

I do agree to a point though. This team relies heavily on DG. If he doesn't produce, we're in trouble. DG is facing very athletic guards tomorrow however.
