Do you realize how stupid this post is? Many coaches couldn't play at all let alone shoot like Jake did. Alford was a great player....
The venom for Jake is unwarranted unless somebody actually knows something.
Sorry, couldn't find the button to relay my sarcasm! Obviously ability to play the game is not a predictor for coaching ability...but you have to admit, Jake was overrated as a player. I'm not hating on him as a person, because he did seem to give everything he had, but you take away Tinsley and Horton getting him wide open looks his freshman year and he doesn't make any impact that early in his career.
