It is rediculous. Just someone stirring the pot with more lies.

“I just wanted to make sure that Iowa State got the right person in there, and I think Greg McDermott is going to be a great coach for a long time." - Fred Hoiberg
Maybe it's because he called about the ISU job when Wayne was fired and JP told him in not so many words, "don't waste your time."
What on earth would cause Hoiberg to start talking about McDermott when asked a question by a reporter while he is attending a Nebraska / Texas game in Lincoln for his employer...the Minnesota Timberwolves? How is ISU or McDermott germaine in any way to that discussion?
I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
I understand were all of these points are coming from.
The message i was trying to get across wasn't very clear.
My main point was to show that one of ISU's greats is praising what a good coach can do without a ton of talent(not saying ISU has a ton of talent).
It would be nice if we could go back to the days when we had good coahching along with good talent. Instead of ok coaching with ok talent. Or at least one of the two.
This isnt a big deal, but it bothers me that i here The Mayor talking up Nebraskas coach and not talking about our coach. He was at the Nebraska-Texas game scouting and was interviewed by The Omaha World Herald after the game. He didnt say much, but he basically just said how good of a coach Doc Sadler is.
Sorry, I don't have a link to the story
If your wife or girlfriend don't say they love you every time you talk, does it mean they don't?
