I doubt he is allowed to go into Carolina's locker room during an unofficial visit to Duke. I don't think either team would care for that. ;-)

I've heard both. Even if he did go by himself, this is very bad for ISU.

If HB changed shirts, he could go into UNC's looker room. HB can basically go any where he wants when it concerns basketball.

I really hope you just forgot to use the sarcasm pirate...but somehow...I think you actually believe what you wrote.

At any rate, this is the recruiting process for a top prospect. I give the kid credit for researching his options. Although he is not an athletic scholarship candidate...we did the same with our son.

My observations of Duke from my visit:

+ campus of snobby dorks that think they are happening because they are at Duke.

+ they stick the freshmen on something called the "East Campus"...you have to drive through a run down part of Durham to get to the East Campus and let's just say that there is a reason that all of he pictures you see of Duke are from the West Campus.

+ they have a great graduate business school (Fuqua) but their undergraduate program is basically a liberal arts program...no full fledged degree available for businsess in the undergraduate area...only something called a certificate.

If you really want to nitpick, there is also the 2005 and 2006 first rounds that are dragging on Kansas' reputation..

Those first round losses sucked. I think we've made up for those first round losses by following them up with an Elite 8 and then a National Championship. In the last 7 years KU has 6 Big 12 titles, 3 Big 12 Tourney Titles, 5 Sweet Sixteens, 5 Elite Eights, 3 Final Fours, 2 Championship Games and 1 NCAA Title. I wouldn't be surprised to see another first round loss this year, KU's young players are just making way too many mistakes. But Florida didn't even make the tourney after their back to back championships. You can't win them all.
