I'm just happy we most likely won't finish 12th in the conference. I prefer the 6/11 game in the opening round of the Big 12 tourney, too. If you're going to make a run, that's a great seed to have.

I agree on the 6/11 with it being a good spot tournament wise better than the dreaded 8/9, but it that would mean we won some more reg. season games and I definitely wouldnt be against that.

Some nice optimism here tonight. Good to see. God knows my heart has been broken too many times by close loses and stupid loses but you gotta love the clones win or lose. I think TT is a pretty good shot and Neb is a toss up on who comes to play. I think we got about 37 minutes of good basketball last night. About 8 more than we have seen all year. We actually won both halves against a BXII team. Even if it was CU we havent done that in a long time. I am hoping for momentum. I would love a win at Stillwater but would be okay with a good showing where we are in the game and dont have the big scoring drought.

I see potential of winning the rest of the home games. Our home in-conference losses have been OU, KU, and MU. The teams that are left to come into Hilton are not on the same level as these teams.

Kstate has been up and down. They play hard but I don't see that much difference in talent. Hilton Magic could be huge here
Baylor is 3-7 and lost their last 6. I know they looked good at times this season, but you've got to wonder about their mindset at this point.
And I think we'll be favored over Tech.

That gives us 5 conference wins with the potential for more if we can sneak one out on the road. I know it's not going to get people excited but maybe these guys can build something for the offseason.

We will not win at Nebraska. I doubt we'll win a road game. I'll be interested to see how we play Saturday. It will be very telling. If we were to win all bets are off.

I would love to see K-State slip a little, like maybe Saturday. But right now they are playing better than anybody in the league.

Worst case scenario: 13-18 / 2-14 (don't win another game)
Hopefull scenario: 16 - 15 / 5-11 (w's against OSU, BU & TT)
Armegedon: 19-12 / 8-8 (only loss at KU)

We need to knock off K-State and Nebraska and put a crimp in their NCAA Tourney chances. I dont want those two programs to start being more successful than ours, we need to put them back into their place!

I don't think we match up very well with Okie State and all their athletic guards but I think we get 2 more after that, hopefully 3... Our first 8 games were a much tougher schedule than our last 8... Playing the top 2 from the south and still have the bottom 4 left... North games besides @ Kansas (it'd take a miracle) are all fairly winnable in my opinion (though not "should wins")

I think we win our last 3 home games and lose the rest on the road. I'm not sold on K-State, Baylor is bad, and Tech is worse.

If people show up and cheer on the team (see OU), we can play with anyone in Hilton.

People on this board are really funny. We lose to Missouri, a pretty good team, and we suck, won't win another game and should be banned from D1 basketball

We beat a horrid Colorado team and now people are saying we can win 3 to 4 more games

If that's Armegeddon, then what's 20-11 / 9-7 win out the regular season?
