Buckley

I'm starting a separate thread, hoping that it doesn't get filled with crap. What did you guys think of Buckley's play today? He looked pretty solid and got some good minutes.

I was surprised we didn't see more of him in the 2nd half.

Offensively good.

Played matador D on Eaton, but so did everyone else.

He'll be a good option for us next year... not quite there. It will be nice to have good players stepping in that have some actual experience.

He will be ok with more playing time. Just needs to get used to the speed of the game.

I like Buck and think he is waaaaaaaaaay better than Haluska. I like Haluska heart and passion but he is just over matched in the Big 12.

I hope that he and Booz take all of Haluska minutes....and maybe a few of Peterson. I normally really like Peterson but he had an AWFUL game.:skeptical:

It's good to see him earning his way into the rotation, and picking it up on the offensive end. He'll be fun to watch!

I'd be OK with that. This was Petey's worst game in quite a while.

He played well today but in the past has had some issues. He will be a good player in the future.

Either our 2 or 3 position neeeds to do more or we lose. Some changes need to be made.

I thought he really struggled stopping dribble penetration today. But I thought he handled the ball better and also hit a nice 3.

He seems to be the same type of player as Boozer, as far as attitude. Both have to get a little confidence, then they settle in to play a good game. Boozer is a little farther along, but Buckley has also improved a lot this year, too.

No not everyone. Haluska fouled Eaton before letting him go by to give him the and one.

i would love to see Buckly and Boozer get more time they are working hard and playing better than I have seen in a while

I thought Buckley looked pretty good with the ball today, strong and in control for the most part. I didn't notice his defense.
