He was honest about Mike Taylor and Wesley Johnson being setbacks and that Craig leaving would be. At least he doesnt dodge questions asking why his program is failing.
Unless I heard him wrong, he also admitted that he wasn't ready for the recruiting difference between the MVC and the Big 12. Did anybody else pick up on this?
Said there were a lot of issues he had to deal with when he took over. Wouldnt change the Taylor situation. There have been set back but you have to move on. Nexts years class is athletic that is what the team lacks now. Will do what is right for CB and his family. Will look at all angles. Will talk to people so CB know where he stands. Will do the right thing for CB and not himself. CB knows what he means to the near future of the program. Thinks this team is closer than many think to being a good team. Thinks they will compete for a Big 12 title a few years down the road.

That's been very obvious. It's too bad because he's recruited some quality players, he's just missed on way too many others. For every good get, there's been too many Clayton Vette's, Marcus Brister, etc. This next class looks good so hopefully Greg and his staff have turned the corner in that regard.
We seem to be going after a lot of great recruits including next years incoming class. 2010 we are after some big time recruits, same with '11 and '12, with one commit already for the 2012 class.

Thats nice but he doesn't really have a "few" years to right the ship.
NHL teams need to be added to the favorite teams section.
