Carroll
For anyone who has seen the Carroll boys play this year, I was curious to know if the Kasperbauer and Haluska kids were being recruited by any Division 1 schools. Is Blake Haluska better than his brothers Adam and Sean?

Re: Carroll
it would be fitting for Haluska to make a stop at ISU for some undisclosed amount of time...?

Re: Carroll
How many Haluskas are there?

Re: Carroll
Pretty big difference in being better than Adam and being better than Sean. One is a walk on, the other was an all-american. Just saying, if he's better than Adam, that means he is an NBA caliber player.

Re: Carroll
Blake is a Junior and is considered more of a QB prospect than basketball. He's being recruited by most of the area Big XII/Big 10 schools, but doesn't have an offer yet...

Re: Carroll
Kasperbauer is only a freshman. I heard Greg was already looking at him.

Re: Carroll
Haluska is not a D-1 talent at this time, not even close. He plays inside, but does not have the height to play there in college, nor does he have the shot to play outside. Nice kid however. Strength is certainly football, good qb for high school level in Iowa.
Kasperbauer is a freshman, he did not have a brother play at UNI. He has 2 older brothers, only one played sports. He played at Simpson for a couple of years. He is pretty tough for a freshman, but it would be a guess at this point to see what kind of "ceiling" he would have as far as Iowa State. Again, great kid.
Gladly accept the gifts of the present hour.
