When Greg was chewing the ref's *** yesterday at one point, it got me thinking about if he got any technicals this year and I couldn't remember any. Did he have any?

I think he only has 1 in his 3 years here. I can't remember any others

I couldn't remember any either. Found that interesting. You'd think during such a frustrating season he'd get a few.

It has kind of surprised me this year that he hasn't gotten more. He chewed on a ref or 2 during a couple games and didn't get one but then I've watched coaches on other teams get them for next to nothing.

I was at Oklahoma game where he should have gotten one.

Floyd used to get them on a regular basis. Got tossed from games on more than a few occasions, too. I don't remember us ever losing a game where he got tossed, either.

There are a couple of "magic words" you can sprinkle in that will make it happen fast, regardless of what your arguing about.

When CU had Chancey Billups they crushed us and Floyd was tossed from that game. The only other game I remember him getting tossed from was in the Big 8 Tournament when Hoiberg, Meyer, and those guys were seniors against Norm's Tigers. ISU won that game and made it to the title game against Big Country and OSU.

He always seems to get heated during media timeouts so I don't know if there is more leniency? It's not like he's on the floor normally during the middle of the game getting up in the refs' faces...

I read his lips yesterday...he was using some choice words for that younger ref who the tv announcers seemed to have a crush on.

#34 for Tech yesterday nearly got one, I thought. It looked like he reacted to a call, and the bald ref turned around quickly, like he was giving him one chance to continue. The Tech kid shut up, so I never could see for sure how it was playing out.
