I'll be there on Thursday when Rock Valley plays Iowa Mennonite. I'm pretty excited to see this kid play.

Re: Jordan Dykstra - Rock Valley
It must have been a fluke, he can't be good if GMac landed him A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player. -

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. This must have been one of his good days. -
Re: Jordan Dykstra - Rock Valley
Just as an FYI, RV pulled their starters about a minute into the fourth quarter with the score roughly 73-35.

He sucks. He's not even the best player on his team -

Re: Jordan Dykstra - Rock Valley
Lets call this kid the greatest player ever b/c he scored 20 and 14 in class 1A ball!!!
Seriously though, great game from Dykstra and congrats on the win. Just teasing the people who think this is verification on how great of a recruiter McDermott is

Re: Jordan Dykstra - Rock Valley
I am pretty sure that Dykstra will not be a very good ball player for isu, I really, really hope that I am wrong though. I have not seen him play in a long time, but the program and area he is from just makes it hard for me to see a stud DI basketball player come outta there. Hope I am wrong!

Yeah unforuntately the only other good player to come out of that part of the state was Kirk Hindrich.
Too bad he wasn't from North East Iowa. They put our margionally better players like Raef Lafrenz.
