Definitely Curtis Stinson. The guy wanted the ball when it mattered most. He was one of the most mentally tough players to ever come through ISU.

I actually would take Tinsley if you're asking who I would trust to create his own shot.

Surprised one of you homers hasn't mentioned Petey yet after the love fest that took place last weekend.

Do you have something against people that get the absolute most out of what they're given, and are all class on and off the court?

Petey just played in front of the home crowd for the last time...he busted his butt his whole two years here, and got the absolute most out of what he was given from an athleticism standpoint...he also had his career high on senior day...of course people are going to be saying positive things about him.

Hornacek has proven experience with the long game winner in the tourney.

Yes, I vote for Stinson, also. He wasn't a great all-around shooter, but he was clutch.

Hurl in the B8 tourney vs KU in 95 was unbelievable. Fred is Fred, made big shots his whole career. the same with Dedric, prob my all time fav Cyclone. But for this, I'll take Justus Thigpen. He made tons of huge shots, and the game vs OSU in 92, unstoppable in the 2nd half and no way in hell we are even close in that game without him. Give me JUSTUS!!!

Really? I must drink more then I think because I sure do remember him missing quite a few game winners.

Also on Tinsley ... his missed lay-up almost cost me my marriage before me and my wife ever got married. That is when I figured out that alcohol + being unemployed at the time+ I-State losing in the 1st round = me having anger management issues.
