Same problem tonight as all season: We don't have the horses to compete in the Big XII. We need a couple more legit and consistent scores to go with the role players we have now.

+1 Exactly, the only guy we got that would see any floor time is CB. Almost every team in the Big 12 has way more talent (ok maybe not CU). I can't wait to see what Greg McD can do with more talent.
People who think McD can't coach are friggin nuts. This team of also rans is darn close. When he gets legit talent at more than one spot we will be upper half consistantly.
Our patience is going to pay off soon and in a big way.
This was as disinterested as I've ever been in terms of following ISU basketball. Very boring style. Besides that, you just knew that the halftime lead was going to fizzle away and Oklahoma State would win by double digits. The defense towards the end of the year wasn't very solid, either.
One thing everyone needs to keep in mind is that this team lacks kids that can play 40 hard, physical minutes. Because everything is run through CB, he gets worn out and can't finish the game as strong as he would like. Next season we bring in at least 2 guys that can play, plus the 2 redshirts. GMac didn't recruit well at the start of his tenure and he admitted that. He's got kids coming in that WILL make a difference next season and if CB does stay, this team won't look the same in any facet. I know we are all tired of the next year crap, but just wait. Good things will happen. Not everything can or will happen over night. GO CYCLONES!!
I would love to believe you, but in 3 seasons and NOT 1 BIG WIN?
I'll I got to say is SHOW ME....I will NOT be drinking any MBB kool-aid until McD forces it down my throat.
Other than that, I can't wait to see Colvin, Gilstrap, and Pomlee play.
