Van Coleman is on Miller's show saying that as of right now, Brackins would be a late second rounder to undrafted. There is no way he would go undrafted.

He is also pimping that nothing JUCO that Iowa signed. He is raving about a kid that averages 7 a game at JUCO but was down talking Gilstrap who had 23 a game in a more competitive JUCO league.

I think that's downplaying Brackins a bit, but anyone thinking he's higher than a late first round or early 2nd round pick doesn't really know much....

Honestly I think it's stupid to think Brackins would go that late, but if it keeps him here another year, bring it on!

Dude. Don't kill anymore brain cells by listening to that show. Gilstrap is a top 10, at worst, JUCO player in the country, BUT he's going to ISU next season, therefore he has no upside and is overrated.

I agree, it is good for us, but anyone that knows anything about basketball will agree that Brackins would be drafted right now, and more than likely in the early to middle first round.

I have a couple of stories on Van that pretty much makes him look like the moron he is. He doesn't know anything about recruiting outside of the midwest and even than his knowledge is limited

I like local sports as much as the next guy, but right now everyone is talking brackets. And I don't think that I need/want to know Jon Miller's bracket picks. Give me the national guys this time of year. Anything that Miller does say about ISU right now isn't going to be complimentary or even worthwhile.

I thought Miller had a good show today. A lot of ISU talk. I just think it's only fair since when we (myself as well) kill him for being a homer or not giving ISU any air time, that I give him props when he does.
