    Dendy says he can be better than DeMarre Carroll in scout.com interview

    Interesting because that type of player would be a perfect addition to this roster. I sure hope he lives up to the hype.

    LD: They really show a lot of support and even though Iowa State struggled a little this year they still show them a lot of love. When I get there I think I will have a great time playing in front of them.




    That is why it pays to show our support even when the team is down.

    He also said he thinks the team could do well in the NCAA tourney next year if Brackins comes back. Sounds like he's a confident guy...sometimes that's half the battle!

    This just in DeMarre Carrol was first team all Big 12. I like confidence just as much as the next guy..... but let's not count our chickens...
    Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

    Replacing Mann with Dendy can only help with getting Craig to stay in Ames another year.

    To my understanding he has 2 years left. He played 9 games this season before he got injured. I heard somewhere that they're trying to get him a medical redshirt for this season.

    This guy is an instant upgrade over Mann. The only downside is that Mann had 3 years to play and Dendy only has 2, but even that isn't a real big deal.

    People have been complaining about not having athletes. We got rid of Haluska, AT, Petey, and Mann and added Colvin, Gilstrap, Dendy, & Pomlee*. I would call that a HUGE upgrade in the athletic department!

    *Note: Christopherson is also coming in but he doesn't exactly scream athletic to me. Should still be a nice addition though!
