Lee has been since Day 1 at ISU on an academic scholarship and as I understand it is looking to graduate early which would put too great a stress on his time to continue both. Since from Day 1 his priority has been academics, this makes sense.
Iowa State became the Cyclones after they leveled Northwestern in 1895. As the Chicago Tribune (9/29/1895) noted:
'Struck by a Cyclone
It Comes from Iowa and Devastates Evanston Town'
Are there any walkons out there like BP? We are going to have so many new players that we will suck for most of the early season. CB has to be thinking twice about leaving at this point. Maybe I-State and Iowa put together can field a team.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.
