You can only declare and back out once. The second time you have to go.

Even with all that, I have read many threads that say he is already gone so I dont know why we are still talking about him.

actually, we get both of them and a decent guard and we may be the contenders barnes is wanting, no matter who is coach.

With all the negativity you would think we should just recruit 1A players from the Iowa High Schools. That way we know we would get them and we can all pat ourselves on the back on our "good" gits.

There does come a time though where you either know you got a shot with Barnes or just move on..you would think he would let somebody know so we can continue the process because if we miss out on both which could very easily happen that would suck. Ecspecially if we didn't really have a chance at Barnes all along and didnt try enough for Ejim.

Of course we have a shot at Barnes..but how realistic is it.

I'm not so sure on this one. Does anyone see him getting playing time at the point over Buckley? His height seems to be a limiting factor for playing a lot at the 2, and based on the scouting report he is not a great shooter.

I hope he comes in and proves me wrong, but I think I might bank this one.
