Now we get Little Mac to walk on and Barnes will be a lock.

Re: New Walk-on
Bubu is better than Petey was as a HS senior... If we had the rosters we have had since McD got here (short on guards), he would be looking at good playing time. With our upcoming roster, I think this hurts Iowa more than anything. I know many here do not care for Iowa posts, but I follow them as well. For Iowa shooting guard Tucker is at point, backed up by Bawinkl and Lil' Lick. Iowa's other guards are incoming recruit Payne (smaller pg/combo guard with a good shot), maybe incoming recruit May, who is similar to Gatens. Gatens would be at small-forward. Bubu is a great student-athlete and I look forward to his impact on ISU basketball.

My guess, Lickliter's tough offense to learn Why are you making fun of Iowa when last I checked they DOMINATED Iowa St in men's b-ball? Yes, Iowa lost a couple of good players in Kelly and Peterson, but they Tucker back which will ease the pain a bit. Tucker was the best offenisve player on the team early in the season last year and will likely be again.
ISU fan's shouldn't be making fun of anyone until you actually win; just because you have a couple of pretty good recruits in Colvin and Gilstrap joining the team doesn't mean they are going to win more games.

He is probably better than little lickliter for the Hawks though.

Yes and Tate dominated Brackins. Should Iowa State fans feel Tate is better? Strange things happen, and being dominated in one game never stops a fanbase from claiming superiority. Perhaps when it is one team's "Superbowl", it is an anomaly, right?

Re: New Walk-on
Great news. Seemed like a good kid, with some skills. Great athleticism. If he had been an upperclassman, my bet he would have seen some playing time the last couple years at ISU.
Oh, and Hawks really do suck.

A great student as well.

Re: New Walk-on
I think Bubu could see some playing time as an upperclassmen, especially if he improves his range.
